LeanCo Nut Bars

Check out our awesome low carb nut bars, they are only 200 calories and so delicious

Ingredients
300g (3 cups) mixed nuts and seeds 50g (1/2 cup) shredded unsweetened coconut
50g (1/4 cup) coconut oil 4 tbsp tahini or nut butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon Pinch salt 3 tbsp natvia baking blend 2 eggs
Method 1. Preheat oven to 180C and line 18cm x 27cm pan with baking paper
2. Place all ingredients in food processor/blender
3. Pulse a few times till combined and pieces of nuts and seeds can be seen
4. Press into pan and level 5. Bake for about 20mins till golden 6. Slice into portions while still warm,leave in pan until cool 7. Wrap individual portions in foil and they will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks or will freeze well
Tips
Don't have a food processor? Try blending it in a Nutri Bullet or something similar.
