Not sure you can give up bread? Here is a great alternative to have with many dishes!

Ingredients
60g (1/2 cup) coconut flour 2 tbsp psyllium husks 1/2 teaspoon salt Black pepper,herbs and spices to taste (go crazy with different flavours)
1 large egg 250ml (1 cup) boiling water
Method
1. Place all dry ingredients in bowl and mix well
2. Add egg and combine until mixture resembles bread crumbs
3. Add boiling water and stir well forming dough 4. Place on board and roll gently to sausage shape 5. Cut into 6 rounds and press each one between two sheets of baking paper,flatten gently with rolling pin. 6. Spray non stick pan with oil and cook on both sides 7. These will store in ziplock bag in freezer until needed,then reheat under grilled or in toaster!
Tip
Be experimental with different flavours, add Garlic, Herbs, Chilli etc. to spice it up!
