LeanCo Salmon & Turkey Fishcakes

Serves 4

250g fresh Salmon fillet-no skin, finely chopped(I pulse in food processor)
250g Turkey mince
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped Coriander or Dill
1/2 Teasp Salt
Pepper or any other spices as desired
1.Combine all ingredients and squeeze through fingers
2.Form into patties.
3.Pan fry in butter or oil until cooked through.
4.Serve with green salad and any low-carb sauce of choice.
(I love Sriracha and lemon juice)
