These are sticky, sweet and need to be eaten with your fingers!
You will need 2 meaty Pork rib racks for this recipe. I buy shoulder riblets, about 3 ribs per serving. These are very tender, juicy cuts with a lot of shoulder meat left intact, whereas the American-style spare rib racks are mostly bone and not worth the dollars!

Smother Ribs in my Smokey BBQ Sauce and marinate for 3-4 hrs
Slow cook at 150 degrees for 3hrs.
Serve with Carrot and Cranberry salad.
So easy and absolutely delicious!!
