Meet Brenda

Brenda trained as a Nurse, is a Health, Fitness and Weight Loss Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher who has studied Mind Body Medicine and is a self-confessed health food junkie!

Following a 10 year tree-change in the Blue Mountains, Brenda is now bringing her 30 yrs of Industry experience to Sydney with her science backed, cutting edge Weight Loss Workshops and Support Groups, Private Consults and Cooking Classes. Her professional and fun "kick-ass" style will motivate and inspire you to eat your way to a healthier, happier more energetic life.
